Andrew Torba of Gab on QAnon

I have no firm opinion in regards to QAnon, though I read through what is posted on the QAnon site regularly. Some individuals consider QAnon simply a gathering place for kooks, and while there may be a few kooks lurking around QAnon, what website does not have a few kooks lurking around. I’d be more inclined to consider QAnon, or James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas, as reliable unmaskers of corrupt individuals and politicians, if, their at times sensational posts or videos actually resulted in actionable takedowns of said corrupt individuals and politicians, but alas, to date, that has not occurred.

With that said, I found this piece, A Discussion With Business Insider About QAnon, which was penned by Andrew Torba, founder of Gab, an interesting read. Here is a short excerpt:

The oligarchs in power are most certainly wicked and corrupt people by any measure of morality, but the Epstein saga over the past few years has revealed the depth of this wickedness to general public and the QAnon community played a big role in distributing that information to the masses. I’m not sure how this can be considered a “conspiracy theory” when it has been widely reported, even begrudgingly, by the legacy press.

Perhaps it is you who are the conspiracy theorists.

After all, the legacy media has propagated endless conspiracy theories over the years including the “weapons of mass destruction hoax” and the “Russian hoax” that is still peddled to this day.
