Secular Democrats of America Blueprint to Silence Christians
Compare and contrast, if you retain the ability to think and reason as a free man, President Trump’s Proclamation on the 850th Anniversary of the Martyrdom of Saint Thomas Beckett, to the despicable Secular Democrats of America blueprint for Restoring Constitutional Secularism and Patriotic Pluralism in the White House (28 pg. pdf document).
President Trump’s proclamation celebrates individuals’ rights to celebrate their faith, their willingness to defend their faith, and others’, no matter the costs to their personal safety or standing within society, as Thomas Beckett himself did, being persecuted unto death. President Trump’s proclamation also recognizes the sanctity of life, the persecution of Christians (followers of the teachings of Jesus Christ) in communist and other countries which restrict the freedom of adherents to Christianity, and boldly states, in clear and understandable language, that restricting religious freedom is wrong.
When one compares and contrasts President Trump’s proclamation with the Secular Democrats of America’s blueprint, you’ll find many words which seem to promote religious freedom, but in actuality these people are using connotation words which are meant to lull individuals into acquiescence of their plans to completely drive religion from society, to push religion under ground, if you will. These secular worshippers of man want to deny Christians’ freedom and silence the message of Christianity, and they use words like “freedom,” “respect,” “separation of religion and government,” “Jeffersonian,” etc., to trick you into thinking they are promoting for the common good. It’s a lie!
The most glaring tell that the Secular Democrats of America want to silence Christians, and care not a whit for the message of Christianity and all it has accomplished for the freedom of individual men, is in paragraph six of the Preamble to the Restoring Constitutional Secularism and Patriotic Pluralism in the White House. It reads as follows.
“Disregard for science and disdain for expertise have reached an all-time high in this Administration of magical thinkers and conspiracy theorists,…”
The Secular Democrats of America think all followers of the teachings of Jesus Christ are fools, “magical thinkers,” “conspiracy theorists,” and as such must be silenced, and they are working hard to accomplish just that.
President Trump recognizes the contribution of Christianity to liberty and freedom, and states it clearly in his proclamation with these words.
“A society without religion cannot prosper. A nation without faith cannot endure — because justice, goodness, and peace cannot prevail without the grace of God.”
Individuals who support the Secular Democrats of America are despicable, and are far from being Christian.

Went to the secular link provided above and didn’t have to delve to far. First, I am indifferent to all things religious. Second, I am against all things that try to coerce others against their will.
On that site I saw: “Protecting the separation of religion and government as the best guarantee of religious freedom for all Americans;”, and I have no problem with that. People should do what they want as long as they don’t hurt anybody.
But then I saw this: “Empowering the nonreligious to have an equal voice in our culture and our politics, alongside people of faith.”, this was where it went off the rails, for several reasons.
What that presupposes is that their collection of people should have say over other collections of people. By what moral pretense do they ascribe their want to do that?
They use the word “equal” and there is no such thing regarding people. No two people are ever equal under any circumstance.
They use the word “empower” to mean that they hope the power of tyrannical gov’t will compel people to do their bidding and they seem ignorant to, or ambivalent of, the fact that that is not the way to go through life.
Flip the whole thing around.
What if religious people tried to use the gov’t to compel secular people to do their bidding in an effort to make things fair, would the secular dems be offended?
In a sane world, and if this rotten assed gov’t was “fair” is that approval should never have been given to the sec dems to set up their political action committee for at it’s base it is just another attempt to drive wedges between people. The gov’t should not exist as a means for some people to use it’s power to harm other people.
These people, the sec dems, would never try to force other people to do their bidding directly because they know that they would be mostly unsuccessful but by using the power of gov’t they will achieve some measure of success.
Burn it down.
Ghostsniper, you are absolutely correct that flipping things around is just as rotten. Any attempts to force individuals into compliance with a particular agenda, via the law, whether religious or secular, is simply coercion at the point of a gun. I’ll go further, and state that any professing Christian who supports forcing individuals into a particular way, whether as an individual or as a member of a political party, is not following the teachings of Jesus Christ.
