Ineffective and Not A Vaccine, Evidently

I just read that the CDC has added 16 destinations to their ‘very high” COVID-19 Chinese batflu risk list, one of which is the country of Gibraltar. Gibraltar is a small country, and they report that 100%; actually they report 114.9%; of their population is fully vaccinated. The vaccines, so called, are quite evidently not effective.
