Current Television Commercials and The Approved Narrative Observation

Though I do not watch much teevee, this past weekend, while watching some PGA Tour golf, and catching a bit of the AFC and NFC championship games, I noted that the television commercials, which over the past two years all seemed to give a nod to the dangers of Covid-19 The Gain of Function Flu (The GoFF) by showing the actors within the commercials wearing masks, have decidedly changed. No longer do you see folks in the television commercials masked up, but rather, folks are moving around freely, unmasked, without a care in the world. The narrative regarding The GoFF is crumbling. Slowly, to be sure, but it is crumbling, and television commercials are a pretty good cultural indication of this fact.
