I Hope Father Stu Makes Millions!
I just read that Mark Walhberg has a new movie coming out titled Father Stu. The description of the film reads as follows:
Follows the life of Father Stuart Long, a boxer-turned-priest who inspired countless people during his journey from self-destruction to redemption.
Who would’ve thought a movie such as this would be made and released today? Not me.
Link takes to you the IMDB page, where there’s a 3:20 trailer you can view. I haven’t been in a movie theater since I don’t know when. I think I’ll be in one to see this moive.

I am surprised; that looks like it could be not just a good, but a great movie. Saw the trailers here and there the past couple of days, but had doubts because I assumed it would be something mocking faith and priests. With Gibson involved, though, there’s no way it’s that.
I hope they make millions, too.
Julie, I think millions of people are searching in this time of what could be called the great unmooredness, and films such as this could be a bollard to which a rope could be thrown. I am also thinking of “The Chosen,” and its almost organic success in being funded. The Creator works in mysterious ways.
